"Was a great hotel. Gives beach beach hotel vibes. Pool was great, completely natural and crystal clear even had a few fish in it. The room was spotless.The bathroom was spotless also. Had a stove and refrigerator and microwave and dishwasher. As a standard drip coffee maker in the room.The beds were comfortable and clean. Coffee is provided in the office. Staff was polite. There are docs right on the river. You can just watch the water go by. Easy to walk all of downtown crystal river. There are restaurant bars with live music shops and tourist things all within walking distance. We barely had to move our car out of the provided assigned parking space. If you're wondering if you should rent a room here ...you absolutely should"

"The pool is was not useable. There was NO tiki bar and NO restaurant as advertised. Only less than a 1/3 of the building was open. Also there was to be a continental breakfast which they said was unavailable when checking in. The staff was Very UNFRIENDLY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL . DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE WITH EXPEDIA. we left after an hour. And r requesting a total refund. HORRIBLE"

Lots of extras not typically found in a rental - bikes, kayaks, spices, foil, ziplock bags, nice smelling hand soap , etc. These little details just made it feel homey. We reached out with questions a couple of times, and Charity was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back."
