The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. This is my second time staying here and both times were a positive experience. I would recommend staying here.

Good Stay
The front staff who checked me in was amazing. The room was nice. But for having 4 guests there was only 3 towels for two nights. The pool area ran out of towels the second night. Very much enjoyed my stay but might want to check the room because I left with red bumps up and down my left arm.

Amazing
This was mine and my spouses first Valentine's together and his first time staying in a hotel. When i got there to check in around 7-730pm the lady working the counter, i think her name was Rachel. Was so friendly and helpful. I am not normally one to speak to people longer then i need to and i stood there speaking with her for a little while. The room was in perfect condition and everything i had expected. My spouse was very impressed as well and stated that he had always wanted to stay at this hotel.

Comfortable stay
The staff were beyond helpful and kind and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Free unlimited, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, 24/7. Delicious wide variety breakfast included in stay. Big warm, clean pool and hot Jacuzzi. Bed was clean and comfy. Nice big screen TV overall had a great stay would come back again and would recommend great prices for the area.

Hotel staff were amazing. Family definitely enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and the breakfast wasn’t too bad. Definitely would stay here again. Have never had a bad night at an IHG brand hotel😊

I had to leave the hotel at midnight with my wife and 2 minor children because the room above us was making so much noise. The guest on the room above us kept walking and or running and the noise was unbearable. I complained to front desk and she said she went outside the door and could not hear anything. However, the other person at the front desk said it could be coming from gym. Horrible customer service!

Heater made a ton of terrible noise throughout the night. Not terribly clean. Hotel staff was pleasant.

Walls seem thin and therefore noise level was high. You hear people running down the hall. I could hear the person taking a shower in the next room. The breakfast area seemed crowded. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. They were proactive with giving us info to see the attractions in the area. They provided maps and suggestions.

The beds were super comfortable and clean! The room was a tad outdated but very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide array of breakfast items as well as grab and go items, coffee available 24hours in Lobby.the staff was friendly and ease of check-in and check-out was fabulous.
