This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath lower level condo is located at Jacobs Landing in the heart of Birch Bay. This unit has just undergone a complete remodel. You will enjoy all new furniture, hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with new dishes, glassware, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, a wood burning fireplace and much more. One bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed, sofa in the living room makes into a queen size sofa bed.
The patio looks out onto a lush greenbelt area with a fantastic water view and is perfect for those peaceful sunny days or evenings to catch those magnificent Birch Bay sunsets . You are close to the beach or a quick walk back to our clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, racquetball court, game room for the kids and many more property amenities. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. There is a view of the water and it is close to the beach. There is a walkway along the beach that is very accessible and we walked each day we were there. Even at night and felt very safe. I appreciated that we were able to have our son's dog with us and our grandchildren loved the pool

It felt like home, very relaxing.

We were worried that there was no air conditioner, but the fans were all that was needed. Very quiet, beautiful view, clean, beautifully decorated. Will happily stay here again.

My wife and I brought our two young children to stay at this property to enjoy all Birch Bay has to offer, and it did not disappoint. All amenities, descriptions and pictures were accurate and it really was a beautiful destination to spend a family vacation.

Wonderful relaxing enjoyable weekend. This property has all you need to enjoy your time away and leave with a fresh uncluttered mind. Property is close to other small towns like Blain and Lynden to enjoy shopping and quaint farmers markets! Will definitely plan return trips here!!

Beachy Weekend Away

Nice and clean with everything we needed. We could see the beautiful sunsets from the living room. Enjoyed walking to the restaurant for dinner one evening. My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our time away from the responsibilities of home.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at the condo in Birch Bay! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with beautiful views. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and easy access to nearby restaurants and activities.
