"Overall hotel was cleaned shame that staff wasn't welcome at all except a gentleman on breakfast who was amazing with us. The lady on the reception who seam to be from management team was on phone talking load on phone by the reception about person issues whitch l fpund not profissional as that could be discussed in private room "

However, there were some operational details that hampered the quality of the experience: - There was no clean-up of the outdoor public areas of the hotel following the morning after use. Clearly, there had been people late-night drinking, yet at 8:30am there was still cups, glasses, bottles etc. left outside at both the hotel entrance and back garden...

"We had the loft room with the low ceiling which could be difficult for some travelers. The room was very clean, the bathroom modern, the shower stall small. But it was good for the cost. The breakfast option is very good and plentiful, some may choose to order half. The property includes an EV Charging station in the parking lot. "

"The location was great, walked, safety , it would have been nice the leave our stuff there early so we can explore the town. They were hesitant on getting back to us so we could leave our stuff there even though I know the room wasn’t ready. They could at least say yes leave your stuff there . We’ll put it to the room once it! Until further on they told us that which we lost half a day! I expect more Communication and understanding that people come for far away for them to act like this! "

The service was also excellent as we were allowed early check-in despite the hotel being fully booked, which was extremely helpful due to our personal commitments for the day. The room was clean and not noisy. "
