This exceptional vacation home with private pool captivates with modern architecture. It will convince you with its unique interior and by its quality. On the first floor with two bedrooms there is also a game room and a fitness and wellness oasis. On the second floor is a large room with kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as access from all sides to a terrace with pool. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with bathrooms and another covered terrace.
Visit the famous sandy beach Soline nearby and walk to the center of Biograd with many gastronomic establishments. We also recommend you to visit with your children the nearby amusement park as well as the national parks and nature parks in the region.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September. Property is located near a highway.
