Apartment B4 The approximately 65 m² apartment with balcony is located in south-west orientation in the house. You can reach the wellness area (swimming pool, sauna) in the house comfortably in the bathrobe with the elevator. Two separate bedrooms (one with a separate TV) with double beds are at your disposal. The living area is equipped with a sitting and dining area, 45 inch UHD Smart TV, and a separate kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, etc. A nice bathroom with shower, toilet and large mirror round out the apartments. Best conditions for 2 to 6 people in Binz to spend a relaxing holiday. A car parking space up to max. 1. 85m height in the underground car park is included in the price. Free Wi-Fi is available.

In the house you can relax in the wellness oasis with swimming pool (4 x 8 meters) and sauna *. An elevator takes you accessibility to all floors of the house. A washing machine * and an electric dryer * are available for you in the house. In the Tiefgaragege you park your car up. 1.85 meters (WHG A2, B3 and B4). For the apartment C2 you have at the underground parking a car outside parking space. Our 2 room apartments are extensively equipped for 1 to 4 people, as well as for our 3 room apartment for 2 to 6 people. The Baltic Sea is only about 250 meters. Our apartments are located in a central yet quiet location. * Seperate payment via coin machines free WLAN, 1 parking space up to max. 1. 85 m height and bed linen are included in the price!
