Our spacious and light-filled 3-room holiday apartment with 75 m² of living space is located on the top floor of a well-maintained, three-story building and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The furnished west-facing balcony invites you to spend relaxing hours in the fresh air – perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.

The open-plan living and dining area is modern and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and much more. The dining table comfortably seats up to 6 people. The cozy living area features a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system – ideal for relaxing.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with comfortable box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm), which were newly purchased in 2024. Both bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes, practical storage space, and pleated blinds on the windows. The larger bedroom also features an additional flat-screen TV.

The bathroom with a window offers a spacious shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer (completely renovated in March 2026).

For your convenience, a free underground parking space (maximum entrance height 1.90 meters / parking space length 4.80 meters, width 2.30 meters), a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi are available. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.

Families are very welcome: A high chair is provided in the apartment, and a crib can be rented upon request (please reserve in advance).
