The large, bright living room features a comfortable sofa with adjustable backrests, an individually adjustable recliner with a fold-out footrest, a flat-screen TV with radio, a stereo system with CD player, board games, a comfortable dining area, and a new kitchenette.

The kitchenette, with ample counter space and storage, is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, four-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave with grill function, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and beautiful tableware from a Binz manufactory.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

The bedroom has a large double bed, wardrobe, window with exterior blinds, and a second TV with radio reception.

An extra bed for a child up to 12 years old can be provided on the sofa.

The elegantly tiled bathroom features a glass shower, hairdryer, and toilet.

The "Luxury Cabin" features a comfortably furnished, southeast-facing balcony accessible from the living room. The apartment is located on the second floor.

A cot and highchair are provided free of charge upon request.

A storage room offers space for your luggage.

A parking space in the underground garage is available (entrance height 1.90 m).

From May 1st to September 30th, you can use a beach chair between beach access points 21 and 22 free of charge.
