"Comfort Plus" Apartment with 1 Bedroom and a Balcony on the Top Floor

  • This comfortable holiday rental lets you enjoy breakfast on your own balcony, with a nice view of the Dünenpark. The living area combines a fully equipped kitchenette—complete with a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, and a TASSIMO coffee machine—with a dining area and a living room. The living room features a large corner sofa (which doubles as a double sleeper sofa), a 55-inch LCD flat-screen TV with free Netflix, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system. The modern bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an additional TV. The bathroom features a spacious shower, a sink, a toilet, and a large mirror. The fine-sand beach is about 150 metres away. From May through September, a private beach chair is available for free use on the beach.

Der Dünenpark liegt einfach schön im ruhigen und am Rande von Binz gelegen. In ein paar Schritte..

Der Dünenpark liegt einfach schön im ruhigen und am Rande von Binz gelegen. In ein paar Schritten ist man am Strand.Möchte man mehr Trubel dann geht's in kurzer Zeitventlang am Meer oder mit der kostenlosen elektro Bahn zur Seebrücke. Im Dünenpark gibt es einiges für Kinder ,allerdings wäre ein Fussballplatz mit Tor noch sehr schön. Wir fahren schon etliche Jahre zum Dünenpark und fühlen uns einfach wohl.
