  • The house Atlantic - a lovingly restored bath style villa - is located directly on the fashionable Binz beach promenade and on the fine long sandy beach. It offers you a very comfortable holiday atmosphere right on the beach.

    Enjoy the sun until late in the evening on a 20sqm balcony (panoramic view of the bay). Gorgeous!

    The light-flooded, spacious 120 m² apartment "Penthouse" is equipped with a modern tiled floor.

    The bright living room with an electric TV couch and dining area, a 55 "UHD TV with BluRay / DVD player, free WiFi / Internet, a stereo with DAB + and CD certainly leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchenette & dishwasher in the living room is equipped with everything you need.

    The two separate bedrooms invite you to dream and have sea views.
