  • The holiday apartment Haus Frohsinn is located directly on Lake Schmachter (50 m) and just 500 m from the Baltic Sea pier and beach. Within a short walk (about 2 minutes), you reach the main street and pedestrian zone, where you'll find many cafés, restaurants, and shops. After a day at the beach, this is the perfect place for a relaxing stroll. A bakery is just 2 minutes away on foot, and supermarkets are 300–600 m from the apartment.



    Medical care is excellent and within walking distance. The long, fine sandy beach is ideal for walking, hiking, jogging, Nordic walking, or cycling, with the mild stimulating climate and fresh, iodine-rich sea air making your holiday even more enjoyable.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage zwischen Schmachter See und Hauptstrasse zur Seebrücke. Gute Ausstattung mit allem Nötigen.Leider gab es wohl in der Vergangenheit einen Nässeschaden, so dass ein Schlafzimmer trotz Lüftung sehr muffig roch .

Pros: Solch eine Ferienwohnung, findet man zu diesem Preis sehr selten. Darüber hinaus, ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung perfekt. Negativ war nur der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse. Den hatte man wohl bei der Reinigung vergessen. Die Abwicklung der Buchung war hervorragend.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das neue Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Pros: Wir waren im Herbst 2014 im Haus Frohsinn und haben uns sehr erholt. Die Wohnung lag nur wenige Meter vom Schmachtersee entfernt und 500 m von der Ostseebrücke im Binz. Wir hatten alles in unmittelbarer Nähe Discounter, Bäcker, Bücher usw. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat uns überzeugt. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und wir hatten durch die Hausverwaltung eine kompetente Ansprechpartnerin.
