The 1-room apartment is functional, cozy and furnished with attention to detail. It consists of a combined living / sleeping area with pantry. The bathroom is bright and friendly and generously sized for 2 people. This apartment is suitable for 1 - 2 persons. Particularly nice is the wind-sheltered terrace, which is equipped with beach basket, table, chairs and sun umbrella. You can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun on the terrace. The garden adjoining the terrace is shared by all residents of the house (exclusively holidaymakers). Here everyone finds a quiet place to relax undisturbed. We recommend our separate beach basket terrace in the upper part of the garden. Here you can enjoy the sunset over the Schmachter See with a glass of wine. The 1-room apartment has a barbecue, which can be used on the terrace or in the garden.

The special feature of our holiday home is the idyllic location, the generous grounds and the unobstructed view into the nature. It offers the ideal starting point to explore Binz and the island of Rügen. Enjoy the peace and quiet in the middle of nature or take a few minutes walk in the center of Binz in the pulsating Baltic Sea life.

Außen hübsch , innen abgewohnt

Leider weißt das Objekt einige Problemchen und Mängel auf. Von herunterkommender Tapete bis sich auflösende Küchenschränke und komplett durchgelegenen quietschendem Betten war da einiges dabei. Es ist unheimlich hellhörig und laut mit den „ falschen „ Nachbarn die wir nun leider die letzten Nächte noch dazu hatten. So schlecht habe ich lange nicht geschlafen, wenn es denn überhaupt dazu kam. Die Terasse und Außenanlagen sind total hübsch gemacht und der Parkplatz ist auch in Ordnung . Die Einrichtung des Apartments wirkt zunächst auch ganz nett aber man merkt mit der Zeit die Problemchen. Zudem hat man aufgrund der Rohre und Aufteilung , leider das Gefühl im Abstellraum im Keller untergebracht worden zu sein. Sehr sehr schade. Wir würden das Objekt nicht wieder buchen. Der Preis dafür zur Nebensaison ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Eine sehr schöne Lage, super ruhig und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Vollkommend ausreichend für 2 Personen und alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der Kleiderschrank könnte allerdings Schiebetüren haben, da er sehr schlecht zu öffnen ist und im Bad sind mal ein paar Grundarbeiten an den Fugen notwendig. Aber wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und würden diese wieder buchen.
