Smoke smell

Got strong smoke smell in the room even though is it a non smoking hotel . Management couldn’t solve this problem as many people still smoking in the room.

More should be done on the house keeping especially in the cupboards. Mine had discarded underwear box and a plastic bag from the departmental store where it was bought Sheets and towels were a bit stained. Other than that the hotel was fine.

The floor mat in the toilet was obviously not changed, with black footprints and dirt all over, making me wonder if the sheets and towels were changed. Shower head was clogged up with scale and mold. Breakfast was cold, despite supposedly being on a warmer, and also spotted lizard “waste” on one of the sofas near the entrance. It’s a pity that this place being in a convenient location is not properly maintained and to top it off, counter staff in the morning was rather impolite. Only consolation was the check in staff at night, who was pleasant, else I would have rated this place as “Terrible”

Horrible staying

Hotel smells bad, rats fighting on the roof throughout the night, dirty stains everywhere in the bathroom, yellowish pillow cases, lousy breakfast, I definitely won’t go for the 2nd! Very bad experience!
