Fantastic place to stay. Staff are so helpful. It’s the perfect place to stay when going on a cruise. The terminal is over the road. The beds and pillows were comfortable and shower had great pressure. There is a food hall attached to the hotel and bar.

We are from Australia and travell all over Europe buying for our Antique store. Never before have we stayed in a hotel as good as this. It starts the moment you enter the place. Friendly, efficient smiling staff greet you, all is 100% efficient. Our room was like a suite, everything is in large proportions and spotless. The only small criticism is that there are no tissues in the bathroom, sorry, large bathroom, but this is all we could fault. I continually went to the reception and complained...

Clean room and helpful, friendly staff. Easy walk to Rotterdam Black. Breakfast filling and tasty.

Right opposite the Central Railway Station - so a perfect location for us. Amazing staff - especially at check in - they couldn't do enough for us - we even got an early check in with really helped on a super hot day on Rotterdam. Room was amazing - very spacious and plenty of amenities on hand. Highly recommend

Great hotel with a good gym right next door. Would have liked a double bed but they have 2 small beds pushed against each other. Not ideal when your sharing with a loved one.

Really well located hotel, friendly welcoming and helpful staff - great breakfast - comfy bed and great room - separate toilet is not found often in hotel rooms.

Very clean, loved the free bike hire. Very modern room with the nice touch of the ipad to control the lights and curtains. Will be back!

A quirky hotel in a great location near the Markthall. Check in was easy and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, if a little small. The rooftop bar, eclectically furnished, was an added attraction, good value and with a huge selection (30-plus gins, for example) on offer. Breakfast was also served in the bar area; the food was quite nice but the furnishings - all low tables with odd chairs or high tables with stools - aren’t so conducive to eating a...

Nice big room.Kids friendly.My son really liked this place. The executive lounge is lovely that we manage to spend some quite time with our child during this long trip.
