"First of all, the hotel employees should take sanitary education classes immediately. I saw the employees in the restaurants do not clean the tablecloth after customers used. They just swing it and put it again on the table. They may not wash the tablecloth for a week or longer. I also saw a lifeguard on the poolside wash his foot by putting his foot into the pool. Second, the water pressure on shower is severely weak. It took forever to take a shower. Third, the food quality and taste is under average compare to other neighboring properties where serve all inclusive option. Lastly, avoid to visit here especially during the weekend. There are lots of Vietnamese visitors who conquer the restaurants, pools, and every places in the property. Severely over crowded during the weekend."
