Our Victor suite room Balcony was beautiful decoration with cool city view, very large and good bathtub, we loved this room so much. Hotel location and staffs was great. We booked our sapa and ha long bay trip was good promotion. We like this hotel.

Very nice hotel with many fantastic facilities and great view. Only issue at the time was construction directly outside being quite noisy and unsightly.

"Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process.
