Our stay at the Alagon was wonderful. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the freebies/ extras are incredible including the breakfast buffet. . For value for money the Alagon is superb. It is also centrally located in District 1 within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and other attractions. The rooftop pool and bar have amazing views over the skyline and the 30 minute complimentary foot massage was divine. Overall a great place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Wow what a resort! This place does it right!! It's first class. The hotel is phenomenal. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and the beach is incredible. The staff are lovely. So many amazing touches. Free beach towels and sun beds Free minibar and snacks, replenished daily. Staff come in and turn down your bed every night leaving a little sweet treat on your pillow. Theres a free bus into town each day. The pools were also amazing. One was closed during our visit for maintenance but the one that was open was great. You've got the red dunes on your door step and a short drive away are the white dunes and the fishing village is just a short drive away. Lots of lovely places to eat right outside the resort within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel is fabulous! I honestly can't fault this place it's incredible. I wish I could stay forever.

Top-notch service. Literally the entire staff knew me by name even though I had never introduced myself. The hotel is still new and only one year old, so the facilities were very new and clean. They also have an amazing spa service. On my last day, after I checked out of the hotel, they let me use the shower at the spa for free so I could refresh myself before my flight back home. The highlight of my stay was General Manager Ms. Mary Duong inviting me to join their 5 AM neighborhood street sweeping with the hotel staff to celebrate the hotel’s 1-year anniversary. I was inspired by the idea of giving back to the community by helping clean the neighborhood. The hotel is located in District 1, right across from Ben Thanh Market, so everything I wanted to do was either within walking distance or a short ride away. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Saigon.
