Stayed for a weekend wedding and all went well enough. Staff was super helpful hardworking and running a tight ship! Building itself could use an update. I left my charging block at home and the room had no USB charger stations. Bathroom had a nightlight installed and it took up half of the outlet, couldn’t dry my hair well because the plug didn’t go all the way in and one outlet in the bathroom while trying to get ready for a wedding wasn’t great. The desk area had an extension cord for I’m still not sure what but it was another outlet I couldn’t fully access while looking for a place to blowdry while my hair curler heated up in the bathroom. Staff kept the location very clean but the air ducts had visible mold in it which made for nasty breathing. I think the website should note that the tub/shower shown in the picture is only for what they called “The Soaking Suite”. Pool wasn’t very accessible as it’s part of the athletic club off the back which made me sad to miss out on a sauna session. Not many other options in Binghamton so the Hilton has the customer base, can’t imagine they’ll update anytime soon after seeing how ravaged the city is as a whole.

The Double Tree Hilton in Binghamton was a lovely hotel to stay at. It was always clean and quiet and the staff were helpful. The restaurant and bar on site was great along with the small shop to buy snacks and medicines etc

Shower ran dark brown water for 1/2 minute when first turned on. Bathroom had cracks and rust. Room looked vacuumed but tags/ garbage on floor when arrived

This was a great hotel. A large open main lobby with helpful staff. We liked the fitness center and pool area. Our room was large, clean and had comfortable beds. The area around the hotel is a bit depressed, but we did find several nice restaurants and bars close by.

Check in and out was easy and quick! Staff was nice, other than that the room was run down and dingy. Looked like a average motel 6 room. Was disappointed.

Hotel is convenient to downtown and the hockey rink. Service and food quality in the restaurant is both expensive and poor in quality. Hotel needs at least two additional elevators at am and pm peak times.

its really rundown no matter what kind of room you get. Also for some reason the service desk does not sell ETOH beyond 11. Wish I could have had a glass of wine to wind down after a long trip. There is one sad EV car charger and its almost always in use. I would not stay there again.

Great snow weekend
A very nice hotel with great views on downtown Bing and the river. Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant food was exceptional, there is a breakfast buffet or you can order from the menu,omelette was fantastic. Dinner was Classic burgers but done very well, onion rings on the side. Appetizer was a carne asada fries, WOW that was worth the trip, big enough for four people hot and delicious. Our room was a king size bed regular room, nice size, very comfortable beds and good sized bathroom with shower. Only gripe is cleanliness is not superb…..

Stayed there before and it was all around a wonderful experience. Happened to be after a day we attended a funeral and the room , dining out and a nightcap at the bar ended the evening. We decided to make the Doubletree our place to go in Binghamton from now on. So for our specialanniversary we made reservations. However, after our last stay that might change... when putting food in fridge we found a dead cockroach in it, a small dead bug in dresser and tiny live bugs on bathroom floor. Also, shower leaked onto floor which made my fiancée slip and fall. Very disappointed because we thought we had a special place to spend our anniversary at

Over all good- except for the lighting.
The check in was great. All were very friendly. The ice machine wasn’t working and when I called the front desk no one answered. We had to go down 2 floors to find one working. I understand the eco friendly, which is great. However the lights in the bathroom were horrible. We attended a Christmas party and the lights were frustrating when getting ready.
