"The property itself is good for a family wanting to stay in nature, it is very near the beach. Charles the groundkeeper was very nice and can take you on short trips for a small fee.
Having very close access to the beach was a huge plus for us, especially when the tide was out and the kids were able to explore the rocks.

The place is so dirty smells horrible the ac was dripping water inside there's water all over on the floor bathroom is nasty the firts night stayed there is horrible and i feel unsafe. "The property is in a good position for Sibulan Airport and shopping and eating at Robinsons mall.
Although the property could do with a little touch up with a coat of paint, it was generally in very good condition and Staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good value for money.
Definitely will stay again when visiting Dumaguete.
