Just passing through with my service dog.

We needed to stay in a hotel that would allow my service dog . And the Red Roof Inn did that . The room was nice and clean. It was a pleasant stay.

Good for the price.

The price I paid for the room was quite nice. The only thing was that after hours the lobby was closed, and to check in its thru bell. And I had to wait outside while she filled out some paper work. It was cold outside. Other than that, clean room, it had many places around where you can get a bite to eat.

Picked this hotel because it had parking for car trailer. Bed was comfortable. Floor was dirty and maintenence person had to fix a running toilet. We had to go get clean towels everyday. We had to wait until 1030 one night to shower as they had none and had to wait for them to wash and dry them.

Overall, not too bad! Some of the rooms appear to have been renovated recently, but I’m not sure that ours has been. Either way, we had a decent place to rest while taking a road trip. Shower wasn’t great, and there wasn’t any towels in our room. Our comforter also had some questionable stains. It’s not the Ritz-Carlton, but staff was very accommodating as needed, and we were safe and well rested. 7.5/10 overall.

Price was okay thank goodness ($50 a night, let stays free only reason we stayed) Would never stay again, would rather pay extra elsewhere Mini fridge must have leaked as it was all over the floor walking in water everywhere used all towels on that Therefore mini fridge never worked Door wouldn't close to mini fridge Bugs everywhere, huge cockroaches under side of the bed and in the bathroom areas Chewed gum stuck under a bedside table in your face AC unit has visible growing mold on / in it AC unit worked but sounded like it was going to explode every now and then Stains and hair everywhere Visible mold stains on bedding / on bathroom floors Sides of walls / corners coming apart and discolored Rust on metal areas such as lamps and handles Could not use shower due to hair / stains / bugs Who knows when cleaned last or even little maintenance done Front staff was polite / check in out no issues there however Housekeeping or someone knocked on door at 10:15 asking if we were gone when checkout was at 11, felt very rushed We checked in at 2 am and out by 10:30 am Very terrible experience, just hoping my immune system is okay after the 8 hours at this location. Location itself not bad didn't feel dangerous or anything just beyond dirty / gross. Need to call the health department status. Have pictures but don’t even want to share they are so bad.
