The staff at the desk when we first got there was really rude , and didn’t want to check us in until her manager told her too

Newly updated room with new interior cabinets, clean sheets, towels and a clean decent pool. Overall the outside may look outdated but don’t be fooled, it is a nice decent newly updated hotel.

I visit Moss point once a month and I have stayed at the best Western twice. Everything is wonderful except for one thing. I don’t understand why the hot water does not get very hot. My job is strenuous and I need to soak in a hot bath and I cannot do that at the best Western because the water system has been set to a certain temperature that it will not go past. That is my only complaint about this place.

The hotel room itself was clean and I definitely did not expect it to be as renovated. I honestly didn’t realized what I booked until I was like 1hr away! Young lady at the front initially put me in the back of the hotel! The room was smoky and lots of busy activity! My dog and I could not sleep! I packed my car back up and went to the front desk to complain and she fixed it and put us closer to the front and questioned the activity. She put us in a different room and offered late check out for the inconvenience. Breakfast was decent and free! Food was fresh and typical continental breakfast.
