"I had to stay in these hotels twice. And every time there were difficulties. The bed linen doesn't change. Garbage is not taken out. There is no cleaning. It's nice that there are new buildings and everything is beautiful and smells like fresh furniture. But when you open the door and there is a bag of garbage in the middle of the room or in the bathroom used towels, and someone else's hair on the toilet, then it's very unpleasant that you came to rest on the road and you have to deal with the staff every time. "Upon entry, lobby appeared clean and well kept. While walking the halls to our room, we noticed the carpet was overdue for a deep clean. After entering the room, we noticed two wasp buzzing near the balcony door which was not secure and could not be locked. The room did not have a fresh scent and the shower had traces of pubic hair in the corner. We left to take care of family business and requested a refund from the manager. He was polite and understood why we’d request such and gave us a print out of the refund. I appreciate the courteousness of the manager and hope this feedback will bring about an improvement for future guests. "
