"Home away from Home" TownePlace Suites in Billings is clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff is top-notch - very friendly and responsive. Lots of parking, area to walk the dog and close to shopping and great dining options.

This is our favorite place to stay in Billings. If you like firm beds that don’t roll to the middle, these are great! The water pressure in the shower is awesome. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t perfect were the towels-they are on the thin side. Thicker towels would be awesome😀

This hotel was perfect for me and my dog! Employees were so nice. Love the kitchen and large dining table-and separate work space. The shower was great! Wonderful water pressure. The cookies in the evening was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was very good. Cage free egg omelette, sausage, Meat and potato burrito! WOW. Best hotel during my many days of travel!

Great staff but a bit of a smell

I’ll start with the positives. The staff was friendly and kind, each one we talked to. The breakfast was standard but good and clean. That’s not always the case. But… it was a bit away from the exits to 95. And the hotel rooms were not very clean. Or maybe just run down. Lots of marks and what seems like old dirt. I know many people to not respect the space they occupy but there was a bit of a smell when we entered our room as well. I could have dealt more with the bad but let me say it was $50 more than our previous two nights where we had a fabulous place and it was very clean. I’m a Marriott rewards member so it is too bad. I wouldn’t sat here again if I could avoid it.

The parking lot was full every night. The breakfast was good, but wasn’t getting replenished as fast as people were eating (we were there for a volleyball tournament). The floors in the public areas were wet from kids in/out the pool & no one to mop the floors or put out wet floor signs. Only one ice machine & it’s on the first floor. The room itself was nice & clean. Staff was really nice.
