Good evening meals; staff are very helpful; cleanliness of carpet and upholstery very poor. Mold in bathrooms under sealants; fridge kept freezing over; bed great; asked to change room after first one had bad smelling pillows. Both rooms on 6th floor. I stayed for 6 nights, rechoosing the hotel after having an upgraded room on 9th floor for one night, before a hospital stay. So second stay was a dissapointment. Just needs intensive clean. Hotel lobby and restaurant/bar all good. Room service meals hot, staff amazing - special shout out to Reevan!

Great, centrally located, good value hotel with nicely appointed rooms & contemporary styled bathrooms. Hotel offers a boutique feel with friendly & helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.
