Bill Williams River National Wildlife Refuge Tours and Activities

Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.

We had a great family vacation, as the pool is one of the best in the Las Vegas area. The movie theatre, bowling, and arcade added additional activities for family. There are also incredible restaurants in the resort. The only improvements I can suggest would be to limit the cigarette smoking to one area within the casino as it was a detractor to have second hand smoke in the food court area(we avoided getting any of the great items in the food court due to the smoking nearby, despite planning to prior to arrival). The only other way to improve what was a great resort, was to have deeper cleaning on room carpets and surfaces. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and would gladly stay again in the future.
