Check in was slow and frustrating. I had booked a deluxe twin share room and was given a standard room with single queen size bed. Had to wait a long time to get it resolved. Unnecessary frustration to be checked in to the wrong room. Airport transfers supposed to be included but ended up paying multiple times for taxis.
