I am regular to this hotel almost every month. They do not keep record of regular client. Every time they keep asking for Documents again. Despite a regular customer every month I have to negotiate rate every time.
I am also visiting other town on monthly basis, other Hotel has saved my Photo ID, Billing Details, GST Details etc. They also give be best rates without asking.
