"A lovely cabin that feels rich with history. Our party of 50&60 year olds were very comfortable. We really wanted to know the history of this cabin though. We are on a road trip from Grand Teton to Badlands. This was a perfect location to get to Bighorn, and we discovered Red Gultch Dinosaur Tracks also.We loved the location, and the cabin itself. Just lovely!Everything we needed was here. Thank you to the owners. You have a lovely spot."

"The Trapper Creek Guest House was an excellent stay. Accurate description - you will get exactly what you expect from the VRBO description. Melanie came out of the office to greet us as we were pulling into the driveway to check in, and Peter stopped to say hello as he drove by. Both could not have been nicer. The complimentary treat basket and wine were very much appreciated. If I could make just a few suggestions, it would be: a) allow the guests to park at the guest house rather than behind the caretaker’s house; b) have the gas grill clean and ready to use; and c) have ice in the ice trays. All minor details, but they go a long way for weary travelers. Loved the stay - very highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!"

"It was a very cute cabin and had room for our kids and grandkids. The availability of simple pantry and fridge items helped out for those things we forgot. It was warm in the cabin, but the 2 window a/c units did help cool it down by the end of the second day. The heat was expected. Beautiful places to visit within driving distance. We all enjoyed ourselves."
