The bed was like sleeping on concrete. The front desk staff were not the friendliest. After checking in we returned to the front desk to ask for items and no one answered the doorbell.

clean room, only a couple of broken things. The bedroom itself was a little warmer than the kitchenette area. Paid for late checkout and then had someone from front desk barging through my door while my sister was showering, instead of relooking at their checkout sheets and who had late checkout, I paid extra just to have those hours to sleep and kept getting it interrupted by constant knocks from front desk.
