Nice historic hotel with fine simple rooms and a very attentive staff. Enjoyed the adjacent Cassels restaurant. Dicey location, although we walked around at night with no problems. Located in trendy Koreatown. Good value.

Hotel was nice, view on the 15th floor was phenomenal. Only thing I have to say is we called front desk to ask for more towels and we didn’t get them after calling twice. One of my friends called and said “we called about 30 mins ago” and the receptionist said “it was 20 minutes ago, they will be up shortly” and never came. Other than that there’s free wine for guests between 5-6pm and hotel was beautiful and clean rooms. I would stay again and hope for nicer service.

No hot water. Hole in the bathroom ceiling. Dismantled smoke detector above the bed. The people above us were fighting from 12pm until 3am. Called office 3 times to ask them to do something about the noise. They didn't do anything. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
