"After reading previous reviews, I was concerned about several complaints and called Vacasa prior to the stay. They assured me the broken items were fixed. I even got a text message that the dishwasher rack was fixed. It was not. The beds in the closet “bedroom” were both broken as well. While we were there, the hot water broke down. It was impossible to communicate with local Vacasa to address our concerns. They did eventually fix the hot water after I talked to a national Vacasa supervisor. They reimbursed us for 1 night stay (even though it was 2 days without hot water). They never fixed the dishwasher or beds. Positives: the view is amazing, and the drive to Big Sky was easy. Big Sky ski resort was amazing! "
