"Asked for towels to be replaced @ 11:40am on Saturday. Four hours later they still were not replaced. Asked another staff member @ 4 pm. Only two bath towels were replaced. No replacement for the hand towels nor wash cloths or bath matt. Very disappointed. Retired at 10 pm for the night. Too tired to try and hunt them down."
