"We had 3 16 year olds, 12 and 19 year old plus my boyfriend and myself stayed here for 5 days. The train through the back yard was awesome, the beautiful river, private dock and fire pit across the street was perfect. Having the kids crossing the road was really a non issue for us since they are older. I was worried about sharing one bathroom but we made out just fine also not having a TV worried me but turned out to be great. Got us to spend time together and looking for the next thing to do. The lofts did need fans but with it being 105 degrees each day they were still livable with the AC on. We had the most amazing week. Beautiful scenery every where you turn. Walmart and food Lion about 15 minutes away so perfect. Owners were very responsive. For as many people as we had I was surprised how quickly we got into a rhythm in a smaller space. It was great. "
