"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"

"The room was nothing like what was in the picture. It was clean but it did look like there might be a blood stain on the carpet. The shuttle driver was very rude because we misunderstood where we needed to be picked up. We were told by airport staff where all hotel shuttles picked up. Apparently this hotel has a different spot, most likely because all the other shuttles would make theirs look really bad. We did keep apologizing but he more or less chewed us out for the misunderstanding. He was very unprofessional and the van used for shuttle service was filthy and so was the driver. The room and van reeked of cigarette smoke, and the faucet and toilet leaked and made noises all night. The woman at the front desk was very nice but the two shuttle drivers we dealt with acted like it was a put out to have to deal with us. We had two nights booked there but cancelled the second night cause I absolutely will not stay there again"
