There was no breakfast available, only coffee in your room. The carpet was ripped and the refrigerator made noises. Everything was old and most of it worn. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The bathroom was very small but clean.

My wife booked me a room for the night, but she accidentally booked for the wrong night. She called the hotel and the guy that answered was hateful and rude. He yelled and cussed my wife out. He kept saying who the f**ck did you call, you need to call these f****n people here. My wife politely asked about a refund and the guy said it was her f*n fault that she got the date wrong and would not refund me the money, so I was out 157$. This place is nasty and dirty. The management is just out right horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

The hotel bed smelled like diesel. The room smelled like sewage. The pillow cases were stained yellow. It was horrible. I advise EVERYONE to stay away. Spend the extra 50 bucks for a nicer place.

Somewhere in the middle.
At what came to $145.00 per night, this place is way over priced compared to another hotel at this cost. Definitely would expect more. But, there is also clearly a supply and demand issue in the area with so many workers needing a place to stay. There were definitely places that looked worse.

The AC was off so the room was hot when we arrived after working in the hot sun all day. The Refrigerator was set on the hottest setting just to keep it from getting hot inside of it.

I am sorry but this is oil base town and demand for rooms are very high. However we have better rate compare to other competitor and other town like Pecos, Midland odessa

I am sorry that we dont have a hot breakfast Most of the worker leave before 6 am therefore we just have a basic breakfast, cereals, milk, coffee,tea, fruits, and pastries.

HORRIBLE!!!
Not a good experience. Stay at best western or Cobblestone. Rooms look like throw back to 1970. Bathtub had a hole in it with tape over it that had been there a VERY long time. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!

My mom refers to this motel as the sketchy one
The rooms looks like it has been newly remodeled sloppily. There were fingerprints on all the inside and outside doors and walls. The deadbolt didn't work. The free WiFi was nonexistent (at check-in they explained is was the companies fault, not theirs) as was the free breakfast (fruit loops and coffee). They did have a hot plate which I thought would be nice if you needed to stay for a while. I'm not planning on going throughout Big Lake again ever so I don't have to worry if I would need to stay here again.

Great Place
I was a little worried about staying here but I had a great experience. The room was clean, they could use new carpet, but it was fine. The staff were very nice. I will stay again if I go back that way.
