Not clean. Definitely not worth the resort and parking fees they charged. Definitely not a resort with no amenities. A small pool could hardly qualify as a resort.

This is a good location for exploring Banff. You can walk or drive to town. I would suggest you find out about the Roam bus and take into town, parking is horrible and expensive.
Hotel website mentions complimentary bottled water but it depends on who is working the front desk whether you get it or not.
Carlito’s Pizzaria is a good place to eat!
