"I love it when I come across a motel that's clean and comfortable and quiet and well-appointed AND affordable, and that's not part of some national chain. I found all of that at the Greenwell Inn. Okay, the furniture may be a little worn in spots, but at least the original furnishings were quality, and it's been maintained pretty well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk person was friendly and welcoming. I liked that it's not one of those big-box motels. It's spread out, ranch-style, and it has a measure of character. I didn't get in the pool, but it's very impressive. It's clear that the Greenwell is not just another motel, but a gathering place. It would be great for a convention, for instance. At the same time, it still has a bit of that old-style motel charm. For a very pleasant and affordable stay, I give it a ten. "
"The gal at the front desk was totally awesome and was a big help and i was thrilled with the whole staff the room was very clean if i had a complaint it would just be that i did not sleep because the bed or more importantly the mattress sucked i did need sleep but could not unfortunately but besides that jt was a great place to stay"
"We enjoyed our stay. The little cabin was cozy and cute. You can hear the trains, this was not a problem for us. We really enjoyed that. It was great. The views are beautiful. "
Desert Oasis in Historic Modern Miner's Cottage w/Miles of Trails, Pet Friendly!
10/10 Excellent
"The home is cute and cozy. Even though the home is in a small town, we felt like we were still close enough to things we needed. The home was clean, decorated in a cute - boho/desert vibe, kitchen had spices and everything you’d need. We really appreciated the laundry area and provided iron. The porch/side deck was great for sitting and relaxing in the hammock. The host was accommodating of a slight schedule change and was very responsive in communications. My family of six enjoyed our stay here! "
