"Somewhat dated, however, roomy bedroom, bathroom and separated kitchen/bathroom sink, fridge, and coffee pot. Microwave also available and ample storage space. Non problem finding a parking spot in front of our room. Loved the multiple tables and Adirondack chairs in the front yard, and 2 sitting areas to eat daily continental breakfast. Best location for the beautiful Footbridge Beach access and restaurants! Cold A/C, hot showers, and comfy bed too!"

"The GrandView was lovely! We were in a cottage that was clean and comfortable. The pool was good sized and well maintained. The view from the property overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee was spectacular!"

"We were in the area for a concert. It was our first time at the hotel. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were attentive to our needs. Checking in was very easy, the hallways and room were very clean. Our grandchildren used the hotel's pool which was well kept up. Strongly recommend this hotel as a location to enjoy the surrounding lakes and Laconia."

"This was a perfect place for our quick overnight stay and will stay again. I found the bed too hard for my liking. I prefer a firm bed yet this felt hard. Suggest adding a place for two people to place travel bags off the floor. We appreciated coffee in the entryway Cafe rather than Keurig in the room, the touch sensitive lighting, and loved the contactless check in, easy parking for no additional fee, and the area was peaceful and very convenient to where we were going. Offsite food was not an issue for us, we found a new favorite restaurant by exploring a little bit!"

"The rooms may look dated but are clean with comfortable beds. The available activities are where it’s at — we played tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, badminton, kayaked, and even swam. All the equipment is in great shape. We can’t wait to return."

"We had a good time staying here. Loved the sky lights and the big window, made it cheery even when it rained. Not far from Canoe Restaurant, our favorite! Not far from the old Country Store and all kinds of fun places. All the beds were great! Big! Thank you for having us."
