Marshfield Home w/ 4 Decks & Private Beach Access!
10/10 Excellent
"The property was just as described and in a quaint little neighborhood. We had a wonderful weekend with friends and family. The host was extremely responsive and fabulous to work with too!"
"It was an over all great stay. One reccommendation is to replace the very hard mattress in the master bedroom but other than that loved to old house that had a great renovation downstairs and an awesome location. "
"The house is in a quiet location and the interior is pretty. We loved the counters in the kitchen and the color choices! The bathroom finishes were nice. The little porch off the bedroom is nice but we really didn’t use it. Beds and furniture were comfortable and we appreciated the bed linens. We would have liked a few more bath towels, and a couple of kitchen towels. The primary bedroom really needs a shade or curtain, the refrigerator filters needed to be replaced, and more than one mirror would be nice. There was no indoor recycling bin, one of the kitchen drawer knobs kept falling off, and the bathroom sink stopper device was broken. When we moved one of the twin beds close to the other one, for my grandson’s safety, there was a lot of dust, dirt and debris in the corner. Luckily, we have family living close by so we could borrow towels, measuring cups and spoons and a colander from them. It was a daily challenge to back out of the driveway because the neighbor parks her car so close to the driveway. We really didn’t feel comfortable asking her to maybe leave us a little more space to back out. We would consider renting the house again but would hope that it is furnished more completely and that a light blocking curtain or shade is installed in the primary bedroom."
