"Only downside of this hotel was not getting a refund for 2 of the three nights we had to cancel weeks in advance as our travel plans changed. We had reached out through Expedia to inquire about making the change and there was no response from the hotel. We went ahead and cancelled days 2-3 directly with the hotel. But no refund was granted. If it weren’t for this very concerning issue, we would have easily given 5 stars. Would resubmit a 5 star rating if the issue were resolved favorably. "
