"Visitor beware. I gave this place a chance despite some polarizing reviews and I regret it. Room was incredibly humid and hot with a terrible, not functional AC. Awful SMOKE smell in a no-smoking room. Between the smoke, heat, and humidity my sinuses were so messed up I had to leave several times during the night and sit in my vehicle. (Over 24 hours later and I am still struggling with sinus issues triggered by the room.) Reserved a 2 day stay. Tried to cancel night 2 due to the poor conditions and changing plans and was refused because I didn’t pay in advance to “have the opportunity to cancel.” Hotel referred me to the booking service regarding a refund. Hotels.com service contacted the hotel TWICE attempting to resolve the issue and the hotel does not remember - or is lying - about me addressing the poor room conditions with them and refuses to issue a refund. They are apparently satisfied with the service they provided me. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"If you're traveling through Kansas, this is a great place to stop for the night or a couple of nights relaxing, hot tub was amazing. Trails are nice. Fire pit is great, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. The loft was super cute and looking through the telescope at night at the stars would have been amazing.But had cloud coverage. "

Reason I went with Hotel was for the pool because of my medical condition I asked for some sort of financial concession but they did not. I asked Hotels.com since I paid the hotel thru that site and for nothing and no response as they sent the manager an email that I was copied on "

"Pool was empty and covered. Room dusty smelling and floor not swept. I think they mean well but is a work in progress."

"We tried to check in 30 minutes early but no rooms were ready. Finally get checked in and our "freshly cleaned room" had sheets that had dirt or something on them. We were going to be gone for a couple of hours, so before we left, I asked the person at the desk if she could have our sheets changed while we were gone. She said there wasn't anyone that could do it because her one housekeeper she had for the day was gone. She said she could give me a sheet and we could change it. I asked for a comp if we were going to have to change our own sheets. She said most she could do was give me points because I booked through Expedia. She said she would look at them while we were gone. When we got back, luckily she had changed them for us. No points added or anything I guess because she actually did her job. Not impressed for the hotel only being a few years old. "
