THE SPACE
A Snowmass Haven offers a spacious, open-concept layout designed for groups who want to spend time together while still having plenty of room to spread out.

Vaulted pine ceilings, custom woodwork, and a gas fireplace create a warm mountain atmosphere in the main living area. Flat-screen TVs throughout the home, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and modern amenities add extra comfort in every season.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a dishwasher, Keurig, and standard drip coffee maker, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to group dinners.

The loft doubles as an expansive game room packed with entertainment, including pool, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, pinball, and a Pac-Man arcade table with 12 classic titles.

Outside, relax beneath the gazebo, enjoy dinner at the outdoor dining table, fire up the natural gas BBQ, or gather around the gas fire pit. The private hot tub and infrared sauna offer an ideal way to unwind after a day skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring the lake.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. The yard is fenced. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, a Keurig, and standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

EV Charging
A Level 2 Blink EV charging station with 240V / 32 Amp service is available for guest use.

Fire Pit
The outdoor fire pit is gas only. Wood and food are not permitted.

Minimum Age
The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old.
