Guests have full access to everything in the townhouse and throughout the complex during their stay. This includes all indoor and outdoor areas, as well as your private BBQ grill on the patio.

The gas grill is always ready to go—you’ll never run out of propane—so feel free to bring your favorite steaks, burgers, or veggies to enjoy a relaxing meal after a day on the slopes or trails. We just kindly ask that you clean the grill after using it to keep things fresh for the next guest.

Walk to the slopes!

This two bedroom two bath newly renovated townhome is nestled on the base of Snow Summit mountain. This is where mountain biking is allowed in the summer and during the winter it's a skier's paradise. No need to pile into the car and head to the slopes it's right out your front door!

Guests have access to everything in the condo. All up-to-date appliances and a fully stocked kitchen with all of the items you will need to cook and clean. There is a keurig machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave in the kitchen.
Alexa Enabled smart home, Easy to get in with specialized door code, listen to music on Alexa and control the heat using the following commands:
“Alexa – set house to 68 degrees”

The home phone is complimentary as most cell phones don't get service in Big Bear except AT&T and Verizon. iPhone texting with other iPhones does work though, via the wifi.

Max occupancy is 5 guests and you could be kicked out if you are noisy and have more than 5 in the house, the city makes sure that people are not partying.

Walk to the lift…and in the winter Big Bear Mountain Resort offers free shuttle service between Snow Summit (condo) and Bear Mountain every 30 minutes on select dates throughout the season. If you want to ski at Bear Mtn leave your car at the condo and take the free 10-Minute shuttle ride between Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. Uber, Lyft and taxi service is available, but Snow Summit mountain is right next door.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size luxury Sleep Number bed with adjustable firmness on each side, a flat-screen TV with cable, and its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The window overlooks a peaceful, scenic courtyard.

The second bedroom sleeps up to 6 and includes two queen beds and two twin bunk beds, great for kids or additional guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked with full-size appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, traditional coffee maker, and Keurig (please bring your own pods).

The living room includes a flat-screen TV with cable and a cozy gas fireplace—just turn the key and enjoy. It’s a great space to unwind after a day on the mountain.
