Had 6 adults staying at the location. Very spacious. House is rustic but well kept. Great location to race venue. Miscommunication with the owner but was resolved via the property management company. Overall, nice stay

Really nice and roomy property.

Had a great stay. Short 3- day weekend over Memorial Day. The cabin was roomy and comfortable. Overall a really nice home with large kitchen and plenty of bed options. Cleanliness left some to be desired. I think a little attention to detail (dirty handprints all over doors, dusty counters, dirty baseboards, etc) and some TLC with organization and this would be an ideal vacation home. I was disappointed there was not a washer and dryer for guest use, but In all fairness they were not listed. Just my expectation. FYI Tv upstairs didn’t work (pwr button pushed in and remote didn’t work). But we were not there to watch tv anyways. Office was a pleasure to deal with and gave us early check-in and late check out without question. It’s always fun trying to round up kids and their belongings!!! Thank You!

Has potential but dated

We stayed here with two other families. We fit just fine, and there was enough space for all. I would just say there is room for a little extra care to be given to this place to make it a nicer stay. The home is rather old, and it feels like there's random items / decor that were leftover from the owner's own home that were thrown in here. The kitchen utensils are old and kind of gross. There was a good selection of pots and pans but again older and worn. Some of them weren't clean when we pulled them out of the cabinet. The smoke detector / carbon monoxide detector was chirping when we arrived so we bought a new battery and replaced it ourselves. On our last night, it started chirping again. We called the maintenance line and there was no maintenance person on-call so we were SOL listening to chirping all night. The operator from the maintenance line actually told us that there was no maintenance person on-call and that they didn't have replacements anyways. Kind of a scary thing given the purpose of the detectors. The furniture is also pretty old and worn. And the rugs are kind of gross. You can tell they've been around a long time and not cleaned very often. I think the place could be nice if the owner put a little more care into it and updated it a bit.

Great house

Bigger than expected based on pictures. Perfect layout if you have teenagers. 2 bedrooms upstairs where the pool table is and 2 beds downstairs so the older adults didn't have to hear the teens playing pool and hanging out when we wanted to sleep. Could definitely use more variety of pots and pans as there were no cookie sheets or casserole dish but good selection of pots and frying pans in various sizes. Very well kept house. Beautiful! Had a great time!

Such a great home with a lot of space

I was actually shocked with how much larger the home looked than the pictures. It was perfect for our small gathering since the kitchen had an open area to the living room and the dining room. We also loved how spreaded out the rooms were! I would definitely book this house again for my next Big Bear trip.

Very Clean and comfy

Enjoyed our stay. Location was not too far and was conveniently located to shopping stores. would have rated it a 5 star if all rooms had working tv's and beds were a bit bigger on some rooms.
