First off, I was excited to get to the property. Its a beautiful area. When we arrived, the property overall was filthy. The jacuzzi looked like a swamp. It appeared staff was living in 1 or more of the units. The unit was not cleaned, there was mud in the tub. the cold water did not work. There was rodent poop all over the ground and a nest underneath the tub. The property manager moved us to a different unit. This unit had 2 bedrooms. We did not need. The bath did not have a drain plug. We requested cleaning supplies be dropped off and a group of 3 men came to our unit hours later banging on the door. It made my wife extremely uncomfortable. I will never stay here or anywhere this company is apart of. I want a refund for the terrible experience. They gave me 90$ back. Not good enough.
