Great location, but an older unit.

Great location, walk to Snow Summit.It is an older unit, but still very nice.It was clean, but we did find dishes that were not clean.No can opener was a small issue. But we would stay again.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in four different units at Snow Summitt Townhomes and this was THE WORST, MOST DISGUSTING AND DIRTY UNIT WE HAVE EVER HAD. Dishes were dirty, cobwebs in the rafters, terrible small kitchen with few appliances and what they had was 30 years old and disgusting. SS Townhomes is a great place to stay JUST NOT IN THIS UNIT!!!

Spacious with 3 BR's and perfect location but could use a renovation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was clean, but very little hand soap and dish soap was provided. There were several items missing that would have made our stay more comfortable, like a whisk and mixing bowls. Aluminum foil would have been helpful for keeping the toaster oven clean. Other supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags) were well stocked.The listing did not mention that there was a washer/dryer in the unit, so we did not bring laundry supplies. It would have been a good thing to note that a washer/dryer was available.Additionally some of the furniture has been poorly maintained. For example, multiple dresser drawers were broken/difficult to open.

Great place but bags were stolen from parking lot

We enjoyed our time there, our unit was nice and renovated. Location was perfect if you did snow summit activities. However, there was a lot of rift raft around and our bags were stolen as we packed up our car.

Horrible Experience

Let's talk about the kitchen, there's not enough pots and pans, cups and glasses. No essentials like basic paper towels & dish soap. Linens are obviously not washed, mats on the floor on the kitchen and bathrooms are soiled. We booked this place for the hot tub and it wasn't working when we got there and was only informed while checking in. Also, there no warm blankets available for use and had to buy our own. We've been to this complex many times but this particular unit does not compare to the ones we've stayed before. All in all, a horrible experience staying at this place.
