Each pet will be requested a fee of $150 and a refundable $350 deposit for possible damage.

The Space:
PLEASE BE AWARE YOU ARE LOCATED IN A NEIGHBORHOOD WITH LOCALS AND OTHER AIRBNBS. you have access to the majority of house and yard but be aware that the city is big on noise, parking, disturbance and over the occupancy ordinances. In the event that the city stops by for one of these they will most likely issue a fine. the fine starts at 1500.00 and this is the warning they do not issue warnings. noise violations can be at any time of day and no speakers outside. WE WILL ASK FOR A 1500.00 DEPOSIT OR ASK YOU TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS A CITY RULE AND THEREFORE WE MUST ENFORCE. We will ask for deposit to pay for your part of the citation. to avoid this we ask that you do not blare music outside, keep all windows and doors shut when enjoying self and to keep eye out on neighborhood during stay. we apologize but we have to enforce this. Now if we do not receive a deposit we will release your info to the city and they will mail you a fine in your name personally. This is expensive for the both of us and rather not do this. It is always good to familiarize self with the rules of the city which can be done at sanbernadino str ordinanaces on google.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house except, The 3 locked closets for the homeowners & cleaners & behind the separated area in garage.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet and high-end neighborhood. The back yard is not private the surrounding neighbors and you can see in each back yard

Getting Around:
If you like to hike or go to the lake, both are 5 min driving.

Interaction with Guests:
Our co-host is local to big bear. If you need anything we have boots on the ground to serve you.
