It’s been a little more than a week since our stay and my husband and I are still talking about it ! The property was perfect, just what we needed. You can tell It was thoughtfully stocked and very clean. We were Instantly comfortable the moment we arrived. Our pup was also impressed! She felt comfortable navigating the outside space. The Home is very spacious and provides a happy hybrid between the cabin feel and modern living. The neighbors were welcoming and the hosts were very nice and communicative. We will definitely stay again.

The house was everything we thought it would be. It was perfect for 4 adults and one sweet puppy. Our family enjoys eating and the kitchen was well stocked. We were also very happy that there was a grill for us to use. The weather was great so we took advantage of hanging out on the patio.

Big house, convenient location

I really liked this place. The location is great, the owners were helpful but not overbearing. The house felt a lot bigger than comparably priced rentals we have stayed at in the area. The hot tub is a huge plus. Lots of board games for the kids were available. The bedding felt new. Being able to park in the garage is also a huge plus.

Nice and cozy

This cabin home was absolutely spectacular. It was very spacious, it had lots of fun activities, everything you need to make your stay feel comfortable and welcomed. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back again. The hosts were very helpful and very kind. Perfect house!

We loved this house and the hosts were very responsive. The location was ideal and within walking distance to Lake Arrowhead village. There was a known ant issue in the kitchen, but it was minor and we made sure food was sealed and kitchen was clean, so a non-issue. Highly recommend!

Mountain Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The cabin is well appointed with everything you could need and or want! The kitchen was fully stocked, including condiments and ice. The hot tub was a bonus and we loved the walking proximity to the Village. I would highly recommend this vacation rental and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Our stay could not have been nicer!!

This home is so lovely! It was SO clean you could eat off the floors. Bed was super comfy! The back porch was so incredibly peaceful, we just loved it all. Neighborhood was also peaceful and quiet and the weather was just perfect. Having Alexa to turn TVs on and off was a nice bonus. And the fireplace was very cozy! We will definitely be back!!

This property is a perfect getaway that feels beyond home away from home. Tess and Dave were so communicative and supportive during our stay since we encountered unforeseen hardships with the snow. Dream Cabin

Where to start! This cabin was absolutely perfect! It had an amazing flow to it, 4 bathrooms, which was definitely nice, and a hot tub on the porch! It was incredibly clean & you can tell the owners work hard to keep the property/cabin in great condition. Speaking of the owners, they were phenomenal as well. They had a helpful folder with all the information you could possibly need, plus more! Including recommendations on where to eat, fun things to do, ect. My family is already planning our return!! We would highly recommend this cabin ☺️

"Into the Woods"

Home was one of the best equipped homes we've encountered over the past few years. Communication with the owner was immediate and check in/out was very swift & easy. Only issue we encountered was with TVs which were difficult with Alexa for us to maneuver. However, the owner left explicit instructions which eventually, enabled us to operate. Jacuzzi was an added plus as well. Home is beautifully furnished with top-of-the-line products & toiletries.

Plenty of spaces. The TV room was a great spot to end each day, curling up under a blanket and snuggling in while watching a show. So much attention to detail throughout the home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a meal. Bathrooms are set with towels, soaps, Bedrooms are comfortable and private. Communication with our host was easy and responsive. We will happily stay in exquisite 3-bedroom mountain home again in the future. I kind of want to make it an annual trip, thanks to having a great option for a place to stay! The house was impeccable. Incredibly clean, decor and design was stunning and inspiring, and our host thought of everything - seriously everything. Location was great too. We never wanted to leave and we will definitely be back!

Great lil getaway

The family and I loved our quick stay at Tess and Dave’s place! The house had pretty much everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Plenty of cookware, towels and extra blankets. The jacuzzi was very easy to use, clean and warm. My kids spent the entire trip playing on the Xbox360. Lake Arrowhead village is so conveniently close. Nice to have a Stater Bros and CVS near by. The house itself is very clean. My only warning for those coming to visit, this is a quiet getaway! The house is snuggled into a quiet little neighborhood. We had to be very mindful not to disturb the people that actually lived in the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind coming back again. Thank you Tess and Dave for sharing your home with us.
