The space
This fully furnished and equipped two bedroom, RARE 2 1/2 bath condo in this area (TWO full bathrooms downstairs - Master has jacuzzi tub/shower; hall has shower no tub; AND 1/2 bathroom upstairs) is located at the TOP of Thrush Drive in the Snow Summit Estates Condo complex! The complex has its own private parking lot with snow removal. Walk a few steps one way to hiking trails in the National Forest, or the other way to the lifts at Snow Summit! Location is amazing.

Guest access
Entire home. If you are looking for "ski in ski out", turn right at the front deck, go up the four steps, turn right at the sidewalk, then left where this sidewalk ends (about 1- steps), go through the gate. Cyclists can follow the same route or bike through the parking lot. Put on your skis and turn left - ski down on the back side of the condo. Walk about 15 feet to the lifts. If you'd rather go hiking, turn right after the gate to the Towne Trail.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: Big Bear Lake charges an 8% occupancy tax and a 3% tourism tax per stay. These TAXES WILL BE ADDED on top of your reservation charge. You will receive a charge for the tax through the resolution center.

You will receive parking passes for up to 2 cars
Of course there is wonderful skiing, snowboarding, and moutain biking opportunties ~ depending on the seasons. If you do not do these activities, a short walk to the end of the driveway takes you to the ski lodge - which is very cozy for a warm drink/ gathering of folks. For hikers (all seasons) at the top of the outdoor sidewalk/stairs behind our patio is where the hiking trail begins. Go right and you'll be in the village in about 15- 20 minutes! - or a 5 minute to drive.

There are many activities for kids and families:
To get to Alpine Magic Mountain -winter snow tubing down the hill/ or tobogganing when there is no snow- but you don't have to climb up! is as follows: at the bottom of Thrush Drive, turn left on Big Bear Blvd. Stay on the Blvd for about 2.4miles and Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain is on the left just past the curve. You can also go the the FunPlex (lazer tag, video games etc...) which is about 1 1/2 miles. Turn left at the bottom of Thrush Drive - it is on the left. There is a Bowling alley as well. During the warmer months, there is a mini golf / rock climbing area: at the bottom of Thrush Drive, go right on Big Bear Blvd for .7 miles. Cosmic Golf/ Hot shot miniture golf located at 42143 Big Bear Blvd is on the right just past Moonridge
