Settle into a two-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin with exposed wood beams, comfortable living spaces and your own private hot tub.

Unwind beside the fireplace, watch the Smart TV, or gather around the dining table for meals and games. The open layout connects the living and dining areas with the kitchen.



KITCHEN & LAUNDRY



The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher and a spacious island. An in-home washer and dryer make it easy to refresh clothes after a day outdoors.



BEDROOMS & BATHROOM



Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a bunk bed. The updated bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower; linens, towels and toiletries are provided.



OUTDOOR SPACES



Soak in the private hot tub, prepare a meal on the grill or enjoy the deck's picnic table and bench seating. A fenced backyard and tall pines give you space to enjoy the mountain setting.

If you are looking for a great bite, indulge in local flavors at nearby eateries like Cafe Crepe, Big Bear Lake Brewing Company, or the Peppercorn Grille. Peppercorn Grille is popular for a warm and inviting ambiance with booth and table seating as well as outdoor seating on a heated patio.

*** MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT *** The person renting the property MUST be 25 years old per the City of Big Bear.

In compliance with City of Big Bear regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in. *Verification and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation**



*** SECURITY DEPOSIT *** THE SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD IS $1999 ($2499 for reservations exceeding 28-days) AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN/ARRIVAL AND RETURNED 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT TO ALLOW POST INSPECTION OF PROPERTY FOR CLEARANCE OF CONDITIONS (Does not apply to Airbnb reservations)***



*** EARLY Check-in / LATE Check-out: *** We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



***CANCELLATION POLICY:** Payment and cancellation terms depend on who collects your accommodation payment. APEK does not add a card-processing cancellation deduction to accommodation payments collected by Airbnb, Booking.com, or another booking channel; your booking channel's confirmed cancellation policy applies. *** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS for mid-term or extended stays: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.

*** OPTIONAL SPA HEATING: *** Optional spa heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.



*** OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER BIG BEAR ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.



**MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES ***

Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.

Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.

While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
