☀ The driveway is very steep, we do not recommend bringing cars that sit very low to the ground. 4WD vehicles are required during winter months and always carry snow chains.

Other Things to note:
As required by Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you'll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake's "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’ll also need to verify your identification. This process can be completed electronically, or you can visit our check-in office if you prefer.
